1 Krishna= 3 ramas

FACTS:

ý The longest living people of the world are those of Hunzaland,Abkhazia,Georgia,Vilicambamba and others are ALL ESSENTIALLY VEGETARIAN.
ý Staticýs shows that vegetarian are thinner, healthier and longer-living than flesh-eating people.
ý Vegetarians are 40% less likely to DIE FROM CANCER than meat eaters, according to the British Medical Journal, 25-6-94, and the incidence of BREAST CANCER could be reduced by 80 %.
ý During the WORLD WARS, countries whose people changed to vegetarian diets showed marked improvement in general health and a significant drop in heart disease.
ý The formidable strength of our close relatives, gorillas, which are actually GENTLE, PEACE LOVING animals, is built on a basically ý VEGETARIAN DIET.
ý A vast amount of research has confirmed that, while we can obtain adequate PROTEIN from red and white meat our health is far better when the diet is lacto-vegetarian(dairy products and vegetables sources of protein) or vegan(totally vegetarian ,eating no animal products and also no onion and garlic).

Shri Ram was just twelve years old when he and Lakshman had gone with Sage
Vishwamitra to protect the yajna and killed the demons.

He was under thirteen, when he married Sita, who at that time was only six
years of age.

Ram and Sita stayed at Ayodhya after marriage for 12 years and at the time
of going to forests Ram was 25 years of age while Sita was eighteen.

At the time of return from exile Lord ram was 39 years old.
